Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before completing your purchase:

By purchasing, you are acquiring a unique license key (Serial Key) to activate the Premium features of Whisper Transcriber Pro. The software installer must be downloaded and installed by the user from the official website (wraithdreams.com) or official repository.

By purchasing and using the application, you consent to the processing of your email address solely for license activation, validation, and support. Marketing communication occurs only with separate, explicit consent.

Wraith Dreams Software accepts no liability for issues or security compromises resulting from binaries acquired from unofficial or modified sources.

A one-time license purchase entitles you to download and use future software updates released for the Premium version of Whisper Transcriber Pro during its active lifecycle.

The software utilizes advanced neural networks (OpenAI Whisper, Faster-Whisper, PyAnnote 3.1: speaker-diarization-3.1, segmentation-3.0, community-1, WeSpeaker, Hugging Face Hub) for speech transcription, translation, and acoustic speaker diarization. You expressly acknowledge and agree that even with state-of-the-art AI models, "hallucinations" (inaccurate or fabricated text) or speaker boundary misalignments may occur.

It is the sole responsibility of the user to independently inspect, review, and validate the accuracy of all transcriptions and data generated prior to any publication, commercial reliance, or legal use. The developer (Szabó Norbert Zsolt PFA - Wraith Dreams Software) expressly disclaims all liability for direct or consequential damages resulting from inaccurate AI output.

Processing performance depends directly on host hardware capabilities (RAM, NVIDIA CUDA GPU, VRAM). Inability to run high-demand models due to local hardware constraints does not constitute grounds for refund or defect claims.
